Refuge & Fortress is a psalm 91 ministry born out of an encounter with the person of Jesus Christ and a passion for the now and next generation of world changers.
we are passionate about seeing a people lifted from shame, reproach, depression, darkness and all forms of mental, emotional, economic and spiritual captivity.
we exist to see Jesus expressed, Jesus exemplified, and Jesus experienced.

The mission of Refuge and Fortress as a teaching and evangelistic ministry is to reconcile a generation unto right standing with God, reaching one and reaching all until the person of Jesus Christ is made real in all areas of life.

P.Y is a businessman, consultant and certified information system auditor by profession with years of experience working with international investment banks on wall-street, top 4 accounting firms, and major insurance corporations, P.Y received his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Master of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
